Weekly Zen practice in New Bedford, MA. Our Bookstore Zendo is located in downtown New Bedford at Aviary Books. Beginning instruction is available for those who are new to practice– please arrive at 6pm if you are joining us for the first time.
We are a small community sitting group with offering weekly zazen practice. Once a month we have tea and discussion. Students have the opportunity to practice sesshin under the guidance of our teacher, Nelson Foster. The zendo is open to all who are curious about Zen practice, and no prior experience is necessary.

- Sittings every Tuesday from 6:30-8pm (Doors lock at 6:25; arrive promptly)
- Monthly tea and discussion after second period of zazen
